Bruce has worked in the rail industry for over 30 years across a range of engineering disciplines. His superior leadership and implementation skills drive him to create seamless process and momentum in challenging projects, whilst fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect and appreciation.
Bruce’s experience covers design management, coordination and integration of technical teams, interdisciplinary checks, systems engineering, and asset and facilities management systems. His extensive background in projects spans project development to project management and leadership, enabling/facilitating utilizing PMBOK principles. Bruce’s strengths also encapsulate Rail Safety accreditation, Quality Management Systems and LEAN initiatives in manufacturing and maintenance.
Bruce has led and grown teams in rail transport consulting, accountable for technical outcomes, financial performance and development, in areas including rail track, electrical overhead wiring and signalling, light rail infrastructure and above rail design, rolling stock and maintenance facilities and system and safety assurance.
