Mr Aaron Egan

Aaron Egan has worked in the Transport and Maintenance industry for more than 20 years undertaking roles in Asset Management, Maintenance Strategy & Planning and Contract Administration, predominantly in client-side roles.  In the role of Asset Strategy Manager Passenger Fleets with Sydney Trains, Aaron has been responsible for the development and implementation of strategies for safe and cost effective maintenance of the passenger fleet in a demanding operational environment.  Aaron also has provided technical expertise for the implementation of SAP Enterprise Asset Management, and the Asset Condition and Risk Index (ACRI) program.
