Mark has over fifteen years’ experience working on large scale rail CAPEX programmes both in Australia and the United Kingdom. With a proven track record of developing and implementing innovative processes and procedures which deliver effective, integrated solutions consistent with both business and technical requirements; he is able to positively engage with stakeholders at all organisational levels to produce optimal engineering outcomes.
