With over twenty years of experience Peter is a Senior Commercial and Operations Manager, he has held senior leadership roles on multimillion dollar Government and Private projects, with strong experience in the management of multi discipline teams from feasibility to project completion and acceptance. Peter has managed the delivery of major projects encompassing, Defence ship delivery, Railway Operational Reform and Readiness, Rail Network Enhancements, Automated Rail Maintenance Facilities and associated Infrastructure.
Through Peter’s experience in delivering a diverse range of projects, he has gained the skills to manage multiple projects, with sound program management across a variety of disciplines and geographical areas, subsequently emphasising his ability to lead projects and people as a senior manager and oversee large projects holistically from concept to completion.
