Chemain has an extensive background working in the Construction Industry predominantly as a Project Architect. Chemain’s main experience is in project development, from inception through to contract close. During her working career, she has been involved in the procurement of many different building typologies including medium through high rise residential, commercial, retail, government and educational projects.
Chemain is experienced in delivering projects in accordance with formal ISO compliant quality systems. She has administered JCCB, ABIC and AS4000 contracts as Superintendent. Chemain is particularly strong in the area of design management, ensuring design intent is maintained throughout the documentation and construction process to ensure key outcomes are achieved.
