Danielle has a strong background in process engineering and management, having worked in management and project roles in a variety of industry sectors. She has delivered innovative improvements by combining her problem solving skills with stakeholder engagement and people management. In her role as Process Manager, Danielle gained extensive experience analysing and mapping business processes to cover all aspects of business. She clearly defined the expected outcomes and measures of the processes implemented and linked these to cost, time and efficiency savings, ultimately resulting in profitability for the company. Danielle was responsible for the human resources running the processes she managed, having to clearly define roles and then optimise the structure of these.
Danielle’s technical experience as Product Developer and Engineer includes the delivery of new product designs and innovation to market. During this time she adopted a Design Thinking approach to arrive at innovative solutions, applied a more analytic, scientific approach to deliver these innovations and then ran Value Chain workshops with various stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. Danielle worked closely with customers, both on a local and global level, throughout the whole product lifecycle; brainstorming and developing concepts and then working to make these commercial realities.
