Peter Shepherd

Executive Director
Peter has led many assignments in a wide range of industries. His experience extends to general management, engineering, risk and project management, quality assurance, IT systems and business planning.

Mark Keogh

National Director Transport and Utilities
Primarily focussed on the transport, water, power and urban development sectors, Mark has provided leadership in private and public sector planning, strategic communications and facilitation, project delivery, program and project management, and commercial and risk management. He has assisted clients in the development and delivery of multi-billion dollar, often contentious, delivery projects.

Eunice Shao

Finance Manager
Eunice is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with over 15 years of experiences in managing corporate finance in professional services firms across the engineering/management consultancy industry. She holds a Masters and a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy.

Miranda Crawley

People Manager
Miranda is a tertiary qualified HR leader with over 20 years’ experience in partnering with diverse high performing organisations within both the public and private sectors nationally and internationally. Her background encompasses organisational psychology, counselling, coaching, mediation and dispute resolution, trauma management, IR and ER, as well as risk management and business continuity planning.

Steve Ambrose

Managing Principal NSW
Steve has extensive consulting, project management, and risk management experience in the water, transport, energy, telco and property sectors. He is degree-qualified in quality management, six sigma and other business improvement methodologies. He is an experienced facilitator and presenter operating at the executive level.

Peter Boettcher

Peter has an extensive background in providing solutions for industry, mining, irrigation and local governments in the commercial water sector. He has demonstrated his capacity to identify strategic opportunities and risks and to implement effective strategies to convert or mitigate these as necessary.

James Bennett

James has worked across health, education, data, justice, transport, sport, commercial, and retail sectors in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and ANZ. His key skills include technical advisory, program advisory, major project delivery, risk and opportunity management, design management, feasibility studies and concept engineering.
