Indec prepared key inputs and personnel to assist Transport for NSW to satisfy the requirements of NSW Treasury Gateway processes.

In 2017, the NSW Government announced the preferred route for Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2, which will connect to Stage 1 and run north of the Parramatta River through Ermington, Melrose Park and Wentworth Point to Sydney Olympic Park. Through community and stakeholder consultation, Stage 2 has been further developed.

Indec coordinated and authored the technical and operational inputs into the final business case. Key deliverables included:

  • Preparation of key inputs and the project team to meet Infrastructure NSW Gate 2 project assurance pathway processes
  • Creation of investment logic maps, including problem and benefits mapping
  • Delivery of supporting management plans, including the project management plan, value management framework, the lessons-learnt strategy, asset management plan
  • Workshop facilitation
  • Management of a value management framework
