Indec developed a service pricing model for the TUH Health Hub which included scenario analysis to capture different assumptions relating to demand, price and allocation of business overheads. This assignment involved identifying key direct and indirect costs and developing appropriate cost allocation rules to determine service revenue requirements and calculating fees for service.

The TUH Health Hub Model provides management with an understanding of how the indirect cost allocation method impacts on financial performance, what demand is required for each service to break even and when further capacity should be introduced. It has provided TUH with a budget forecasting tool to establish performance targets for the Health Hub.
